Prior to joining the Foundation, Joann built a career spanning more than 30 years in healthcare-related finance. As Chief Financial Officer of Manor Park, a local retirement community providing senior living, rehabilitation, and skilled nursing services, she witnessed firsthand how philanthropic investments can strengthen organizations and expand services for those in need.
Joann is a Certified Public Accountant and earned her degree from The University of Texas Permian Basin. She is passionate about supporting initiatives that help make Midland a community where residents are proud to live, work, and raise their families. Outside of the office, she enjoys gardening, growing organic food, and creating memory quilts.
