Since joining the Foundation in 2021, Megan has brought extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, philanthropy, communications, and journalism. Her previous roles include Assistant Director of Social Impact and Community Engagement for Midland County Public Libraries, Development Director for the Museum of the Southwest, and Assistant Managing Editor at the Midland Reporter-Telegram. Throughout her career, she has led fundraising efforts, managed grants, developed community partnerships, and directed communications strategies that support organizational growth and impact.
A native Midlander, Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Southwestern University. She is inspired by the Foundation’s commitment to making Midland a better place to live and work and is proud to support the nonprofit organizations and community partners helping bring that vision to life. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her children.
