A first generation American, Mary Ann is a believer in the promise of America for working families. Much of her career and volunteer work has centered around creating ease and access for working families. During her corporate career, she championed initiatives that brought world-class benefits, on-site dining and fitness facilities to employees and their families, creating a more supportive workplace environment and encouraging talented professionals to live, work, and invest in Midland’s future. She also opened and oversaw the company’s first onsite childcare facility and consulted with various non-profits throughout the region about Midland’s childcare crisis. She continues to show enthusiasm for this work at the Foundation, as well as her priority for strong quality of place initiatives and civic partnerships.
Mary Ann is a former practicing attorney in the fields of litigation, corporate law and employment law. She is currently the President of the Board of Trustees of Trinity School of Midland and previously served for 10 years on the Board of the YMCA of Midland, including as its President. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from The Catholic University of America and a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law. She genuinely enjoys working, reading with her book club, and traveling with her two teenage daughters.
