Holdsworth Center

Strong schools depend on strong leaders. Through its partnership with The Holdsworth Center, Scharbauer Foundation is helping Midland educators build the leadership skills needed to create lasting impact on campuses and in classrooms. The Holdsworth Center, founded by H-E-B Chairman Charles Butt, works with public school districts across Texas to develop principals, district leaders, and future education leaders through intensive professional learning and leadership development programs.

With support from Scharbauer Foundation, Midland ISD educators have participated in leadership programs designed to strengthen campus culture, improve student outcomes, and create a sustainable pipeline of future school leaders. These investments recognize that student success begins with effective leadership and reflect the Foundation’s commitment to strengthening education through long-term capacity building and workforce development.
