Anchored by the Permian Basin Behavioral Health Center, The Beacon also includes plans for future healthcare facilities, educational partnerships, workforce development programs, public spaces, and infrastructure designed to support both patients and healthcare professionals. The campus will serve as a hub for training future healthcare providers while expanding opportunities for collaboration among healthcare systems, universities, and community organizations.
